I’m a registered psychologist and board-approved supervisor with extensive experience supporting adolescents and adults across a range of public and private mental health settings. My clinical work focuses on mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and family and relationship challenges.
I take an integrative, client-centred approach to therapy, drawing on a range of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing, and Schema-informed and Attachment-based therapies. This flexible approach allows me to tailor treatment to each person’s unique goals, needs, and life context.
Over the course of my career, I’ve worked across diverse settings, including forensic services, inpatient units, and residential care. For the past five years, I’ve focused on private practice, where I’m passionate about building strong, trusting therapeutic relationships and supporting clients to create meaningful, lasting change through practical, achievable strategies.
