I am a registered psychologist and board-approved supervisor with extensive experience supporting adolescents and adults across a range of public and private mental health settings. My clinical work focuses on mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and family and relationship challenges.
I take an integrative, client-centred approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing, and schema-informed and attachment-based approaches. This flexible framework allows therapy to be tailored to each client’s unique goals, needs, and life context.
Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse settings such as forensic services, inpatient units, and residential care. For the past five years, I have worked in private practice, where I am passionate about building strong, trusting therapeutic relationships and supporting clients to achieve meaningful, lasting change through practical and achievable strategies.
